What is Bruno?

Bruno is GPI Holding’s new loyalty program, which activates automatically after purchasing the Auto Active policy. Its goal is to make your car insurance experience even more valuable and flexible.

What benefits do I get from the loyalty program?

When purchasing the Auto Activei policy, you can choose whether you prefer to collect Bruno points or enjoy benefits. • If you choose to collect points, you’ll earn even more if you enhance your insurance (by adding Passenger Accident Coverage or Third-Party Liability Insurance, activating auto-payment, etc.). Accumulated points can be used to renew your existing policy or purchase other products (e.g., travel, property, and other insurance policies). • If you choose benefits, you’ll receive special discounts or gifts on car care services — such as car washes, vehicle inspections, and more. How does Bruno work? Bruno is a five-level program, and each level offers different benefits: Starter Bruno, Compact Bruno, Big Bruno, Super Bruno, Max Bruno. The higher your level, the more points you earn and the more benefits you receive. Your Bruno level depends on your insurance premium and whether you’ve added extra coverage or enabled auto-payment. The program’s main goal is to encourage car owners and drivers to make more responsible decisions. The more you care about your own and others’ safety, the more points you earn and the better your conditions become. • Starter Bruno: Automatically granted when you purchase only the Auto Active policy. • Compact Bruno: To reach this level, you must activate auto-payment or add one of the additional coverages: • Passenger Accident Insurance • Third-Party Liability Insurance • Big Bruno: You reach this level when both additional coverages are purchased (along with Auto Active). • Super Bruno: If you have one of the two additional coverages and auto-payment is active, you move to the fourth level. • Max Bruno: You reach this level when both additional coverages are purchased and auto-payment is active.

How can I reach a higher Bruno level?

To move up to a higher Bruno level, you need to add extra coverage (Passenger Accident and/or Third-Party Liability) when renewing your policy, or enable auto-payment.

How are points accumulated?

When you pay for your policy, Bruno points are automatically credited to your account on the next business day, based on your current Bruno level.

What can I use points for?

With your accumulated points, you can: • Renew your existing insurance • Purchase other insurance products — for example, travel or property insurance, etc.

How do I use benefits?

To use a benefit, visit a predefined partner service provider with your insured vehicle. You’ll only pay the portion of the service fee that corresponds to your selected benefit — 50%, 30%, or sometimes even 0%.

Where can I see my points and benefits?

You can always view your points and benefits at Mygpi.ge, in your personal account.

Do points expire?

As long as you have an active policy, your points will not expire. However, if all of your policies expire and you don’t renew within 45 days, your accumulated points will be canceled.
