You can get medical service in provider or non provider clinics. After contacting the hotline, operator will give you the list of provider clinics, where you can only pay your share. In non provider clinics you pay the full price. After returning to Georgia you have one month to send us the documentation.
If during the traveling you need urgent medical care, we will cover the costs. Medical services include: urgent outpatient services: food poisoning, trauma, fracture, allergies, burning, animal bite, ear pain, acute gastritis and etc. Intensive care treatment, urgent dental care: strong tooth pain, extraction, local anesthesia.
Policy covers Europe territory and also the whole world. You choose if you want policy to cover just Europe or the whole world. Europe means every country that geographically belong in Europe. Including Great Britain, Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, Tajikistan, Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan.
Whole world included Europe and every other country. Currency depends where are you traveling to. If you choose Europe, your currency should be Euro, if the whole world - USD. Loss will be calculated in chose currency and reimbursed according to current exchange rates.
