Quickest and Most Comfortable Insurance Service

As soon as insurance is active, services of personal doctor or pediatrician is available to you. He/she gives you medical advice, refferals and helps you use insurance services.
 

Health insurance covers treatment medication. To check limits and coverage, visit an app MyGpi or website mygpi.ge

Individual packages cover doctor consults and tests. To check outpatient service limits and coverages, visit your personal cabinet - in the app MyGPI or website mgygpi.ge.

Insurance covers planned and urgent dental services. For limits and coverages check your personal cabinet - in the app MyGPI or website mygpi.ge.

  • Policy Medi

    Personal Doctor/Pediatrician
     

    This service is 100% financed. From the moment of insurance you choose personal doctor and/or pediatrician in our provider clinics. Doctor helps you use medical services - gives you referrals for tests, specialist visits and for buying medication. Also, he/she gives you consultation and controls your health. 
     

    To choose the personal doctor, at first you should contact us on hotline 0322505111. Our operators will help you plan your first visit. During the first consult personal doctor will create your medical history documents. After this you can use website mygpi.ge or app MyGPI to plan a visit to the doctor or use phone consult. 

    Preventive Tests

    With policy Medi you can undergo preventive tests and screenings, depending on your age and gender, every year in our provider clinics. Personal doctor will help you plan them. 

    Outpatient Services

    Planned outpatient services include the following: consult with the specialists, tests, high technology tests, medication. Urgent outpatient services include cases that need urgent care, but hospitalization is not needed. For example: intoxication, fracture and etc. To check coverages and limits for outpatient services, visit this link

    Outpatient service conditions differ depending on the insurance package. 

    Packages Classic and Premium

    Planned outpatient services - you can use this services with personal doctor's referral in provider and non provider clinics. To receive this service in provider clinics, first you should consult with your personal doctor, who will give you a referral and you will only pay your share. If you are using this service in non provider clinic, first you should contact your personal doctor, pay the full price and get reimbursed online. 
     

    Urgent outpatient services - you can use this services both in provider and non provider clinics. In both cases you must call our call center (0322505111) and tell them about your case. If you receive this service in provider clinic, we will arrange everthing with the clinic and you will only pay your share. In non provider clinic you will pay the full price and receive reimbursment online

    Basic, optimal, standard packages

    Planned outpatient services - this packages cover planned outpatient services in only our provider clinics and personal doctor's referral is a must. Referral will be linked to your insurance card and you will only pay your share. 

    Urgent outpatient services - This services are also covered in only our provider clinics. You must call our call centre (0322505111) and tell us about your case. We will arrange everthing with the clinic and you will only pay your share. 

    Medication

    With every package of Medi treatment anc chronic medications are covered based on personal doctor's referral. If specialist prescribes you medication, you should ask referral from your personal doctor. He/she will link it to your insurance card and in our provider pharamacies (PSP, Aversi, GPC, Pharmadepot, People's Phamacy) you will only pay your share. For coverages and limits check this link

    Dentistry

    With policy Medi planned and urgent dental services are only financed in provider clinics. Planned dental services include dentist appointments, tooth filling, anesthesia, cleaning, removing stones and plaque, treating inflammation. Urgent dental services include tooth removal based on strong pain and/or anesthesia. This policy also includes sales for cosmetic procedures - brackets, implants and etc. Check coverages and limits here. To use this services you don't need to contact us first. Plan a visit in your desired clinic, show them insurance card and only pay your share. 

    Hospital Care

    Policy Medi finances both planned and urgent surgeries. Planned hospital care is planned surgery, in which case urgent surgical intervention is not needed. Urgent surgery is a case, when intervention is needed in next 24 hours.

    Classic and Premium Packages

    Planned hospital care - with these packages planned surgery is financed both in provider and non provider clinics. You should contact us first. Also, keep in mind that this service has 12 month waiting period. 
    For financing the surgery in any clinic, first you need guarantee letter form us. This document confirms the fact, that your surgery is financed. If you get surgery in our provider hospitals, we will send this letter to them and you will only pay our share. In non provider clinics this letter is not needed. You will pay the full price and then get reimbursed online. You can ask for this letter online, using an app MyGPI or the website mygpi.ge. For this you will need form 100 and calculation for the surgery. Answer for your claim will be ready in three working days. Guarantee letter has acone month expiration date. You can plan surgery in this time period. 

    Urgent Hospital Care - this service is financed in any clinic from the moment insurance is active. You must contact us via call centre and tell us about the case. If surgery is done in our provider clinic, we will arrange everything and you will only pay your share. In non provider clinics you'll pay the full price and then get reimbursed online. 

    Basic, Optimal, Standard Packages

    Planned hospital care: with these packaged (other than Basic) planned surgery can be done in only our provider clinics. You must contact us first. Keep in mind that this service has 12 month waiting period. 

    For financing the  planned surgery, first you need guarantee letter form us. This document confirms the fact, that your surgery is financed. You can ask for this letter online, using an app MyGPI or the website mygpi.ge. For this you will need form 100 and calculation for the surgery. Answer for your claim will be ready in three working days. Guarantee letter has one month exparation date. You can plan surgery in this time period. We will send this letter to your chosen clinic and you will only pay your share. 

    Urgent Hospital Care - with all three packaged of policy Medi urgent surgeries are financed in provider clinics, as soon as insurance is active. You must call our call centre and tell us about the incident. We will arrange everything with the clinic and you will only pay your share. 

    Pregnancy 

    Outpatient services related to the pregnancy are financed by premium package of policy Medi in our provider clinics. You will need the referral from  your personal doctor. Keep in mind that this service has 24 month waiting period. 
     

  • GPI Exclusive

    Personal Doctor/Pediatrician

    This service is fully financed. From the moment of insurance you choose a personal doctor and/or pediatrician in our provider clinics. Doctor helps you use different medical services - gives you referrals for tests, specialist visits and for buying medication. Gives you consults and controls your health.

Doctor will link the referral to your insurance card (APP Card). You will show the card in the clinic and only pay your share. If you receive this service in provider clinics without a personal doctor’s referral, you’ll pay the full price and then get reimbursed online

    Planned outpatient services in privileged provider (PP) clinics - You can use this service without a personal doctor. Use your insurance card. (APP Card). If you want to pay just your share, ask for a referral online from an app MyGPI or website mygpi.ge. Referral will appear on your card in 20 minutes. You can receive a referral in PP clinic reception too - clinics will ask for referral themselves. If you use this service without a referral, you will pay full price and then get reimbursed online. 

    Outpatient services in non provider clinics - GPI Exclusive gives you an opportunity to use outpatient services in non provider clinics, without asking your personal doctor first or getting a referral. In this case you pay the full price and then you can get reimbursed online. 

    Urgent outpatient services in provider clinics - you don’t need referral for this service. In this case the clinic will let us know themselves and you will only pay your share. 

    Urgent outpatient services in non provider clinics - in such cases you should call us first on our hotline (0322505111). You will pay the full price and then get reimbursed online. 

     

    Medication

    GPI Exclusive gives you a chance to buy medication prescribed by the specialist without getting a referral from your personal doctor. You can buy this medication in our provider pharmacy chains (PSP, Aversi, GPC, Pharmadepot, People’s Pharmacy). You will pay the full price and then get reimbursed online. 

    If medication was prescribed in a privileged provider clinic, you can ask for a referral online and pay only your share. 

    To ask for a referral online visit your personal cabinet on the website Mygpi.ge or an app MyGPI. Find the button “Ask for Referral” and follow instructions. Referral will show up on your card in 20 minutes. 

    Download an app and use AppCard where needed. 

    But if you want a referral from your personal doctor, this service is also available. You can contact them and ask for it.

    Dentistry

    GPI Exclusive covers both planned and urgent dental care.

    In provider clinics you can also use sales on such cosmetic services as: brackets or implants. Check details in your private cabinet.

    In provider clinics you only pay your share. In non provider clinics you’ll pay the full price and then get reimbursed online.
