Stating the Claim
For reimbursment you should state your claim on our hotline 032 2 605 111. After that our manager will contact you and visit your adrress. He/she will evaluate the loss and in 1 day you will be reimbursed.
Reimbursing financial loss after natural disaster
If natural disaster damaged your home or furniture, after stating a claim it's mandatory to receive meteorological notice from Enviromental Protection Agency about the volume of disaster in specific time period. If it's above the limit - your loss will be reimbursed.
Liability against third person
Policy comfort finances your and your neighbour's renovation costs depending on insurance limit.
If you and your neighbour both have home insurance, compensation will be paid from your insurance limit, because your neigbour is the injured party.
