What services are financed?

Your apartment will be insured against water damage from a neighbor, breakdowns of heating, plumbing, sewage, or electrical systems, damage caused by natural events such as rain, hail, or strong winds, fire and explosions, theft, robbery, and vandalism.

If your apartment becomes uninhabitable due to damage, the premium package will cover your rent for up to 3 months.
Insurance Limits
The policy cost starts from 25 GEL and depends on the apartment’s size. The insurance limit, which is the total amount your apartment is insured for, depends on the chosen package: the Standard package limit is 10,000 GEL, while the Premium package limit is 20,000 GEL.
Liability Insurance
To prevent disputes with neighbors, you can add liability coverage to your chosen package for just 6 GEL per month. If your actions cause damage to a neighbor’s renovations or household items, we will compensate up to 10,000 GEL.

How to submit a claim for compensation?
To claim compensation, report the damage through the hotline at 03225050111. A manager will contact you, visit the address, assess the damage, and you will receive compensation within just one day.
Will damage to renovations be compensated if caused by natural events?
If the apartment’s renovations or furniture are damaged by natural events, it is necessary to obtain a meteorological report from the Environmental Protection Agency for the specific period of the event. If the data shows that the scale of the natural event exceeded acceptable limits, the damage will be compensated.
If both my and my neighbor’s renovations are damaged, will the repair costs for both apartments be covered?
With the Comfort policy, the repair costs for both your apartment and your neighbor’s apartment, if damaged by you, will be compensated within the insurance limit.
If both my neighbor and I have insured apartments and damage comes from their apartment:
In this case, compensation will be provided from your neighbor’s insurance limit, since you were damaged due to them and the liability falls on them.
How can I add new items to my insurance package?
You can add new furniture or household appliances to your insurance package through your personal account—just specify the type of items and their value. Adding new items will not increase the policy cost.
Can I add expensive jewelry to my items?
Unfortunately, jewelry cannot be added to the insured items.
If my home is damaged to the point that I cannot live in it, will I receive any additional services?
If natural events, fire, or explosion make your apartment uninhabitable, we will provide housing for you and your family and cover rent for up to 3 months, up to $500. This period will be enough for you to repair and restore your apartment. Note that this service is only available with the Premium package.
Does the Comfort policy have a deductible, and in which cases?
The Comfort policy includes a deductible: for damage to interior finishing, 5% of the damage, with a minimum of 100 GEL; for damage to contents, a minimum of 150 GEL per incident. Remember, the deductible is the amount that is not reimbursed and will be deducted from the compensation.
