Moto Fix is an insurance policy designed for motorcycles, covering losses caused by the following risks:

In the event of an insured incident, a guarantee letter is issued, confirming that the company is responsible for the high-quality repair of the motorcycle within the specified amount and timeframe.

In the event of an incident, you will be assisted by the support team, where a personal manager will handle your case from start to finish. You will have contact with only one person who will manage your claim throughout the entire process, so you won’t need to deal with multiple representatives.

If you have your motorcycle repaired at our authorized service centers, the compensation and repair process will be even more flexible and faster.

How do I claim a reimbursement?
You can claim compensation by phone or through the app.
For damages up to 1,000 GEL, the claim is settled on-site with the help of your support manager.
For damages over 1,000 GEL, the claim will be assessed at an authorized service center.
How long does it take to receive compensation?
Compensation is typically processed within a maximum of 10 days from the date of the incident, though 90% of claims are settled within 3 days.
