Personal Doctor
As soon as your insurance is active, you choose a personal doctor at Curatio Clinic. Your personal doctor gets to know your medical history, monitors your health, provides recommendations and necessary referrals, and helps you access outpatient services.
Outpatient Clinic
With the FLEX Policy, planned and emergency outpatient services are covered. From the moment your insurance becomes active, you can use medical services such as doctor visits, examinations, and tests. These services are available at Curatio Clinic.
International Medical Consultation
An oncology diagnosis made in Georgia can be sent for a second opinion to leading clinics worldwide. The insured has the opportunity to choose in which country and at which clinic their case will be reviewed by a medical board. In Georgia, Curatio Clinic, a MediGuide representative, provides the insured with the second opinion service as defined by the policy, within 15 days from the submission of the case.
Hospitalization
With the Flex Policy, both planned and emergency surgeries are covered. Emergency hospitalization is covered from the moment your insurance becomes active, while planned surgeries are subject to a 1-year waiting period. This means that planned surgeries will be covered starting one year after your insurance comes into effect.

How to choose a personal doctor?
To select a personal doctor, you need to contact us via our hotline: 032 250 51 11. Our operators will help you choose the doctor you want and schedule your first visit. After that, you can independently book phone consultations or appointments online through the MyGPI app or on the website mygpi.ge.
How to book an appointment with your personal doctor?
To book an appointment, you can use the MyGPI app or the website mygpi.ge. In the menu, select “Book an Appointment”, choose whether you want a phone consultation or an in-clinic visit, select your doctor, and book the consultation based on available time slots. You can view the appointment details in the app, and the date and time will automatically be added to your phone’s calendar.
What services are available remotely with Flex Policy?
With the Flex Policy, you can access insurance services fully online and remotely through the mygpi.ge website or the MyGPI app. You can book appointments with doctors, request reimbursements, and submit referrals or guarantee letter requests.

What do planned and emergency outpatient services mean?
Emergency outpatient services refer to treatment that has become necessary due to an accident or a sudden deterioration of health, but does not require an extended hospital stay. Examples include burns, fractures, minor injuries, poisoning, and similar cases.
Planned outpatient services do not require immediate medical intervention.
Both types of services are covered by the policy under different limits and coverage percentages, and are accessed through different service procedures.
What do planned and emergency hospitalization mean?
Emergency hospitalization occurs when a person’s health has deteriorated to the point that immediate hospital admission is necessary to preserve life or health.
Planned hospitalization does not require urgent admission to the hospital.
What do planned and emergency dental services mean?
Planned dental services include dentist consultations, diagnostics, fillings, and teeth cleaning.
If tooth extraction becomes necessary due to severe pain, this is considered emergency dental care.
Both types of services are covered under the “Pro” and “Max” policy packages.
