What documents will I need in case of damage?
In case of damage, you will need:
An independent, competent expert’s report on the cause of the incident and the extent of the damage (if the incident occurs in Georgia, GPI will provide this).
Cargo-related documents such as the invoice, CMR, and others.
A claim letter addressed to the party responsible for the transport (receiver, consignor, or both).
Additional documentation may be required depending on the specifics of the incident.
