How to Use Diagnose.me – Step by Step

Using the platform is simple, and you can start the consultation process in just a few steps:

1. Log in to your personal account

Diagnose.me is already integrated into your account, and you can access it with just one click. The website is fully available in Georgian, making the process even easier.

2. Choose your preferred doctor

The platform features more than 100 European doctors across various specialties, each with extensive experience and expertise.

• If you already have an idea of your condition and know which specialist you need, you can review doctors’ profiles and choose the most suitable one.
• If you are unsure, simply enter your symptoms, and the platform will recommend the right specialist for you.

3. Complete the application form

After selecting a doctor, fill in the application form by providing your policy number and email address, where you would like to receive the doctor’s conclusion.

4. Describe your symptoms

Briefly describe your condition, what concerns you, and what questions you would like the doctor to address in their report. You can add more detailed information later if needed.

5. Upload medical documentation

If you have already undergone medical tests in Georgia, upload:

• Test results
• Diagnostic reports (MRI, CT, etc.)
• Existing diagnosis or doctor’s conclusion

If you haven’t done any tests yet, you can simply describe your symptoms. The doctor may recommend appropriate examinations, which you can complete locally and share results during a follow-up consultation.

Providing this information helps the doctor fully assess your condition.

Once all fields are completed, click “Confirm.” Your request will be sent to the selected doctor, who will return a medical opinion within 2–3 working days.
