If you baggage has been lost during air transportation GPI Holding pays you EUR/USD 25 per kilogram of your baggage.
The limit on the amount covered by GPI Holding is EUR/USD 500. Deductible applies EUR/USD 25.
For example, if you have lost ten kilogram baggage, you will be paid EUR/USD 250 minus EUR/USD 25 (deductible), which is, EUR/USD 225 .
How should we act if we have lost baggage?
If your baggage has been lost you must report the incident to the air carrier within 24 hours and obtain the document certifying the loss of baggage. You must submit that document to GPI Holding. After receiving the document GPI Holding will compensate the damage.
